The talk of the town is the ‘smart’ chat app that just hits the store last Tuesday. After a long wait, Google has launched the “Google Allo” a smart message app on 20th September for Android and iOS to express yourself through chat, stickers, Google Assistant and so on. But what makes it so exciting for the world to go crazy?

Here we’ve listed out the new exciting features of Google Allo. Let’s roll.

1. Respond to message without typing

A voice message would do that, what’s the exciting factor here? No, you are wrong fellas! Allo enables the smart reply function wherein you can respond to your messages with a tap. For example, you can send ‘Yup’ with a tap for a friend messaging “Are you coming to the party?”.

The AI  recognizes the picture that your friend has sent and suggest you with suitable replies. If you receive a picture of a puppy or a baby, the suggestion would be “Aww..”,  “So Sweet’, and “Nice”.

2. Is it a take on WhatsApp and Siri?

While fighting for pizza and lasagna for a dinner plan over chat with friends, ask your Google Assistant for ‘Nearby Italian Restaurant’ without leaving your chat by typing @google to bring your assistant into the chat. Google has merged the messaging and personal assistant features of WhatsApp and Siri into one platform. Hmm, seems a take on Whatsapp and Siri.

3. More and more emojis and stickers

Expressing ourselves through text isn’t just enough for us. Right?

We need smiling faces and insane stickers to emote our chats. Emojis, are the fun part of chatting. Apparently conveying our emotions through tiny animating icons just expresses the way we feel. Google Allo have more and more of new emojis and stickers to add fuel to your fun. This time, Google has hired independent artists and studios around the world to design 25 customized sticker packs.

4. Incognito Mode

Google Allo encrypts all your chats to be secured. Moreover, in the Incognito Mode, the

conversations have an end-to-end encryption and include other privacy features such as discreet

notifications and message expiration.

5. SHOUT or whisper

The best of all features is the Shout or whisper. You can change the size of your message by dragging the “send” button. The most compelling way to convey our tone through text. The larger the size, the more your aggressive tone. YEAH!
